Amjed Mahmood has a PhD from Plymouth University at UK. He is currently the dean of the College of Engineering, University of Samarra, Iraq. Amjed did research in fibre reinforced composites, nickel matrix composites, FEA of steel and tribological characteristics of wrought aluminium alloys.
