Seror Naji Mohsin Aldouri is an assistant lecturer at Samarra University in Iraq. She received her BS and MSc in Business Administration from the College of Administration and Economics at Tikrit University (Iraq), She worked at (the Foundation of Technical Education, Al Door Technical Institute, the Department of Administrative Affairs Presidency, and the Department of Postgraduate Studies at the Samarra University Presidency of Samarra University, and She currently works in as a faculty member in the Department of Business and Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – Samarra University). She has research interests are in the fields of production, organizations, and strategy. She has several research papers published and is participating in these fields.
