نبذة تعريفية
ألأستاذ الدكتور محمد اسماعيل السامرائي حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس والماجستير من الجامعة المستنصرية تخصص هندسة ميكانيكية وحاصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الهندسة الميكانيكية من الجامعة التكنلوجية . عمل سابقا في جامعة تكريت-العراق كاستاذ جامعي في قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية و شغل عدة مناصب منها مسؤول الشعبة العلمية في عمادة كلية الهندسة ,مسؤول وحدة تسويق النتاجات العلمية في كلية الهندسة, مسؤول وحدة ضمان الجودة في قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية .حاليا السامرائي يعمل في جامعة سامراء -العراق كاستاذ جامعي في قسم هندسة الكهروميكانيك وشغل منصب رئيس هيئة تحرير مجلة سامراء للعلوم والبحوث الهندسية. السامرائي حاليا هو رئيس وحدة الترقيات العلمية في كلية الهندسة بجامعة سامراء. اشرف السامرائي على العديد من طلبة الدراسات العليا ولديه العديد من الكتب و البحوث العلمية في مجال الطاقة المتجددة وشارك في العديد من الدورات تدريبية في هولندا و المانيا والي تهتم ايضا بمجال الطاقات المتجددة.
