وحدة شؤون المرأة تنظم ندوة عن الضمانات القانونية لحقوق المرأة في بيئة العمل
نظمت وحدة شؤون المرأة في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية – جامعة سامراء، بالتعاون مع الشعبة القانونية ومركز التعليم المستمر، ندوة علمية بعنوان “الضمانات القانونية لحقوق المرأة في بيئة العمل”، وذلك ضمن برامج الخطة الوطنية الثالثة للمرأة والأمن والسلام ومشاركة المرأة في الإصلاح المؤسسي.
قدّم الندوة كلٌّ من المدرس المساعد مراد عبيد عيسى والآنسة إيناس سعيد جاسم، وجاءت الندوة لتوضيح أهم القوانين والتشريعات التي تهدف إلى حماية المرأة العاملة من التمييز وتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة وعادلة، مع التركيز على المساواة في الحقوق والأجور، وتوفير الدعم الاقتصادي بما يعزز مشاركتها الفاعلة في سوق العمل.
إذ بيّن المحاضران أبرز الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه المرأة في بيئة العمل، منها ضعف تطبيق القوانين واستمرار بعض الممارسات التمييزية، مؤكدَين أهمية نشر الوعي القانوني وتعزيز ثقافة الاحترام والمسؤولية المهنية في بيئات العمل المختلفة.
واختُتمت الندوة بعدد من التوصيات، من بينها تفعيل التشريعات الضامنة لحقوق المرأة العاملة، وتحقيق العدالة في الأجور، وتوفير فرص عمل مناسبة لظروفها، مع ضمان بيئة مهنية منصفة وآمنة تدعم مكانة المرأة في المجتمع وتسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Samarra, in cooperation with the Legal Division and the Center for Continuing Education, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Legal Guarantees for Women’s Rights in the Workplace.” The event was held as part of the programs of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security, and for promoting women’s participation in institutional reform.
The seminar was presented by Assistant Lecturer Murad Ubaid Issa and Ms. Enas Saeed Jasim. It aimed to clarify the most important laws and legislations designed to protect working women from discrimination and to ensure a safe and fair work environment, with an emphasis on equality in rights and wages, and on providing economic support that enhances women’s active participation in the labor market.
The speakers highlighted the main challenges and obstacles faced by women in the workplace, including the weak implementation of laws and the persistence of certain discriminatory practices. They emphasized the importance of promoting legal awareness and strengthening a culture of respect and professional responsibility in different work environments.
The seminar concluded with several recommendations, including the activation of legislation that guarantees the rights of working women, the achievement of wage justice, the provision of suitable employment opportunities in line with women’s circumstances, and the assurance of a fair and safe professional environment that supports women’s status in society and contributes to achieving sustainable development.
